all orders are shipped via USPS. orders will ship within 2-4 business days, with tracking provided via email within 24 hours of shipment.  shipping time estimates (from the postal service) are about 3-5 days, but these are not always accurate. please be patient if your shipment is stalled/delayed as this is usually resolved on its own.  however, if a shipment is not received within a few days of the expected delivery date, please feel free to: 

•  contact your local post office first; i am not an USPS employee and therefore cannot do anything to locate your package, as a USPS employee should be able to.  if they cannot find your package...
• contact me.  i do not guarantee any refunds or replacements on ANY packages that I ship, provided they are scanned in and marked as delivered by USPS.  however, i will work with you if USPS is not helpful. More than anything, I want you to receive a piece of my art and will go out of my way to ensure your satisfaction.
