  • No refunds or exchanges will be made due to customer errors. This includes, but is not limited to: incorrect address filled in, ordering the wrong item, not reading descriptions (especially for items labelled DEFECTIVE), etc.  Please check your order before placing it to avoid being unhappy later on.
  • If a mistake is made on MY part, please do contact me and I will gladly resolve the issue.  This includes, but is not limited to; shipping mistakes on my part, sending the wrong item, forgetting an item.

  • All items are shipped with USPS First Class Mail service unless otherwise specified by your order via package upgrades.  For more information on shipping, please go to the shipping tab.
